1. What?
      1. Rõuge Trail Tour – 3 day trail-running event with total length of 42,2km, further as RTT
      2. Rõuge Trail Run – ultrarun 84,4km, held on the track of RTT stage 2 track, further as RTR
    2. Why?
      1. to promote the healthy way of living and an alternate way to run
      2. to promote the vacation and trail running possibilities of South-Eastern Estonia – in Rõuge – a place known as the land of seven lakes
    3. When and where?

      1. RTT starts on Friday, 13th of July at 19:00 and ends on Sunday, 15th of July.
      2. Start and finish area and the race office is situated in Ööbikuoru, Rõuge County . Distance from Tallinn is 270km, from Tartu 85km, from Võru (regional capital) 16km. Distance from Riga is 220km and from Pskov 100km.
    4. How?
      1. Rõuge Trail Tour starts on Friday, 13th of July in Rõuge Ööbikuoru, Rõuge County, length of the first stage is 8km.
      2. Second stage starts on Saturday, Jule 14th, at 12:00. Length 21,1km.
        Rõuge Trail Run starts on Saturday, 14th of July, at 8:00 and uses the track of RTT secon stage. Full distance is 4 laps or 84,4km, but also 3 and 2 laps will count as a result!
      3. Third stage starts at Paganamaa (20km from Rõuge) at 10:30, lenght about 13km.
    5. Participants:
      1. Both distances have two general competition classes – men and women.
      2. Participation is opened for everybody who are fit enough to participate and older than 18 years (born before 13th of July 2000).
    6. Results and awarding:
      1. Three fastest runners of both competition classes of RTT will be awarded with physical or monetary awards. All finishers of both distances will receive a finishers medal and diploma. Award ceremony of the RTT takes place in Rõuge Ööbikuoru Center on 15th of July at 1:30pm.
      2. Three fastest runners of both competition classes of RTR will be awarded with physical or monetary awards. All finishers of both distances will receive a finishers medal and diploma. Award ceremony of the RTT takes place in Rõuge Ööbikuoru Center on 14th of July at 8:00pm
    7.  Registration and entry fee:
      1. The registration begins on 1st of DQecember at 9am via following channels:
        – www.trailrun.ee website (the participant will receive an e-mail on payment options after filling and sending the registration form)

        NB! Participants who like to receive an invoice should inform the organizer before paying the entry fee.
      2. The entry fees are as follows:
        – until 31.12.2017 – RTT 36€, RTR 24€
        – until 31.03.2018 – RTT 42€, RTR 30€
        – until 30.06.2018 – RTT 42€, RTR 36€
        – until 13.07.2018 – RTT 60€, RTR 48€
      3. The entry fee includes a marked route, a bib number with participants name, an electronic time-keeping, feeding-stations, a diploma, awarding and a finisher medal.
    8.  Special conditions and additional information:
      – everyone will participate in the race at their own responsibility,
      – the change clothes and footwear and restocking of food during the race is possible only in the transition area,
      – no additional equipment except Nordic walking or ski poles are allowed during the race,
      – at feeding stations will be offered hot and cold isotonic drink, fresh water, RC Cola, salt, bread, salted cucumber (pickles), banana, raisins, chocolate, buns and cookies,
      – with registration every participant declares, that he/she has read and understood the present rules and is committed to follow the rules.
      NB! PLEASE KEEP THE NATURE CLEAN! Please don’t throw trash (used packages, bottles, etc) into the nature. You can put them into the trash-can at every feeding station.
